The first process is the preparation of raw materials and waterproof zippers.

Biodegradable raw materials are materials that can be broken down by microorganisms in nature and eventually converted into harmless substances.

PE raw material is extracted from petroleum, this raw material is non-toxic and non-irritating, which is very suitable for packaging zipper bags, such as various food packaging zipper bags.

The selection of PE / Biodegradable raw materials depends on the size and use of the zipper bag, including different thicknesses and materials. The choice of waterproof zipper is based on the different use of the bag, choose the appropriate model and length.

The second process is to blow the film.

The prepared PE / biodegradable raw material is processed into plastic film by heating and melting. Mainly use the film blowing machine to operate.

The granular forming plastic film is cooled to form the final raw material film for making zipper bags.

Plastic film is blown into different widths and thicknesses according to customer's order requirements.

The third process is printing.

Print according to custom text or pattern. If the zipper bag does not have any text or pattern, then this process can be omitted.

The fourth process is to seal and cut the bag.

Cut and seal a roll of printed plastic film. The zipper bag required by the customer is finally formed through a specific punching knife.

Previously, sealing and cutting were completed in several steps, and with the continuous improvement of production equipment, it is now fully automated, saving labor and improving efficiency!

 The last step is to pack and ship. According to customer requirements, the goods are sent to the customer's location through logistics or express delivery.
