【 Abstract 】 :
At present, in the field of plastic bags, GRS (Global Recycle Standard) and EN 15343:2008 are two commonly used compliant recycling certificates.
The tax on plastic packaging profoundly affects businesses outside the countries where it is implemented. In order to remain competitive, Goolien packaging offers its customers attractive products. Packaging products in recyclable or reusable plastic bags creates commercial value for the product's green properties and ecologically recyclable mode.

In order to reduce the tax burden on plastic packaging, we provide buyers with proof of the recycled materials used to produce the packaging for their products. The UK requires suppliers to provide evidence of recycled ingredients or a robust supply chain audit, provided by a competent third party. In Spain, after a transition period for acceptable manufacturer declarations, a recycled plastics certificate will be required from 2024 onwards. This certificate must be carried out in accordance with the European standard UNE EN 15343:2008 on "Traceability and conformity assessment of plastics recycling" and issued by an accredited entity.
In addition to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and other countries, Recyclable plastic packaging products certified under EN 15343:2008 should be used in accordance with CEN/CENELEC internal regulations.
At present, in the field of plastic bags, GRS (Global Recycle Standard) and EN 15343:2008 are two commonly used compliant recycling certificates.
The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is an international, voluntary and comprehensive product standard that specifies third-party certification requirements for recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental events, and chemical restrictions. The proportion of recycled materials by mass, the conversion of the proportion of regeneration is generally proved by the TC certificate!
EN 15343 establishes a systematic evaluation system covering the traceability, conformity assessment and recycling content of plastics.

Traceability: The core of this standard is the assessment of the traceability of recycled plastics. Through this standard, it can be traced to the source of recycled plastics, the production process, and the quality of the final product.

Uniform specification: EN 15343 provides a uniform specification and assessment basis for the recycled plastics industry to help ensure the reliability and consistency of recycled plastics.

Environmental protection: The standard emphasizes the recycling and reuse of plastics, in line with current requirements for environmental protection and sustainable development.

Wide applicability: The EN 15343 standard applies to all types of plastic products and provides comprehensive guidance for plastic recycling and reuse.

Goolien Packaging has GRS certification and EN15343:2008 certification, two strong recyclable certificates that can provide environmental proof for product packaging and create conditions for offsetting plastic taxes.
